Service Charge & Billing

  1. Consider on the proposed long-term partnership and consistence with the standards of the executive search profession, Generally speaking, our service fee is equivalent to 25%-30% of the successful candidate’s package for the year employment.
  2. For the individual assignment, we will open the assignment at different minimum fee. Together with no other expenses be charged.
  3. A certain rate of service fee should be paid as the retainer fee after signing the contract with the clients.
  4. The rest service fee should be paid in five working days when the candidates successfully completion. Successful completion means when the selected candidate is officially on board and legally employed.
