She is experienced in full spectrum of job market insights, talents career development advice and consulting on strategy of developing, retaining the employees for her clients.

Lily is capable of working work productively and add value across different stakeholders, she is currently the Senior Consultant of Finance and Banking industry. Before joining Collective, she worked as the Senior Consultant in Consumer Goods industry, successfully fulfill tens of positions for her clients such as Coco-Cola, Loreal, Amyway etc.

Shirley Jiang

Professional Experience

In the early stage of Shirley’s career, she was an English Teacher for three years and then she joined a famous German company in the Human Resource & Administration arena. Since year 2000, she has been in Executive Search working for foreign recruitment companies and has successfully concluded placements for private and multinational clients across China as well as Asia Region.

She has extensive experience in Industrial, Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Auto as well as Banking & Finance. Throughout these years, Shirley has built up strong network of candidates in various industries in China and across the Asia Region. She speaks the native Shanghai Dialect, Putonghua and fluent in English.

Ella Wu

Ella Wu embraced her executive search career life in Collective right upon graduation. She worked her way up from a Research Associate to the Associate Consultant Collective. She has a strong connection to her clients and a real appreciation of their recruitment needs. She works tirelessly with her candidates to make sure that the match with client requirements is spot on. Within these 2 years, she was involved in tens of projects of diversified functions and completed over 70 assignments in the Manufacturing sector and FMCG. She holds a Bachelor's Degree major on Human Resource Management from the Haerbin University of Science and Technology.

Angela Ge graduated from Shanghai Normal University – Oxbridge College, major in Business Administration. With 3 years working experience in Collective, focusing on the Finance and Bank industry. Being familiar with the multi-cultural corporate environment and recruiting procedure, Angela is always helpful for her candidates to provide the job chance
